How can I use cabinets with missing drawers?
My kitchen cabinets are missing drawers where they should have been. They are now broken and discarded. How can I make this space into functional but attractive space?

Hi Glenda, you could add a piece of wood across the bottom of where the drawer is and make it into a shelf. With the shelf in place you could then slide in a wicker basket to work as a "drawer". Here's an image of what I mean.
I’ve seen where cardboard boxes were decorated with burlap or other cloth material, then decorated as bins
Most kitchen drawers are the same. Buy some more. Then if you cannot get the matching ones. Paint them.
Other than that turn them into shelving by putting in bases for shelves.
Have replacement drawers custom made.
put a thin board on the bottom of the space. paint/stain. then get baskets that will slip into the space. Or metal wire baskets from a store.
I had a dresser with only one drawer, used the open space for different size/ style baskets and I love it!
