How can I unstick these toilet hinges?
I need to replace our toilet seats, but can’t remove them as the metal hinges are in 2 parts that slot into each other and have become ‘welded’ together (pee?) so I can’t get to the screw underneath them. Toilets are wall faced so no access behind. Have tried hot water, vinegar, WD40 and drain cleaner!

If you can get a hacksaw blade under the top part you could saw the bolt off.
You may have to get a HACK SAW and saw them off. I'd try a commercial rust remover first though. The acid in it may be enough to remove the rust that has welded the parts together.
Can you access it with a small hack saw? If so that may solve your problem.
