After cleaning up any urine on the floor, use urine cleaner with enzymes from a pet store (works for human urine as well) and follow the directions on the label. Let it dry then clean it up and re-apply as needed until it is all cleaned up.
Oxiclean is also great for this kind of cleanup!
Keep a bottle of the pet mess enzyme cleaner nearby for future issues!
