There is fabric glue in stores but sheets get washed too much. Would suggest seeing it on.

If this is for the purpose of trying to get the fitted sheet to stay on the bed, I agree with Caroline that glueing it on is not recommended. Due to the washing, it will unlikely hold adequately. Worse, it might come partly undone during the wash cycle and stick to something else. The piece could also come undone during the drying cycle, stick to the drum and begin to melt.
I would advise you to instead purchase some sheet grippers (also called sheet garters, or suspenders) for this purpose.
To keep it on the bed? If that's the problem, you may need a deeper sheet for your mattress :)
