I agree with the plant lights, they need the same light that they got outside. A window may not be as strong. Get a moisture meter, I got mine at Menards for about five dollars. The air inside the house in the winter is much dryer than the outside with the humidity they got. You may have to water the plants a little more frequently than you did outside, that is usually the case with the furnace running dry heat into the house. Some plants get slightly different care when you are overwintering them, some like it dryer, some get fertilizer less frequently or not at all.

Inside/outside? where do you live? what kind of plants? some just go dormant don't need any help

For outside plants make sure that they are watered well. A good soaking helps keep roots from freezing
