Here's a couple ideas for you :)
Some people buy plastic ice cube trays to put in a drawer to hold all their jewelry, some use the wheels made for men's ties for the necklaces. Here is another idea for necklaces and ear rings that match, hang them together:
The first one is using an old shutter: https://www.hometalk.com/34539943/jewelry-center-from-re-purposed-shutter
The second is for hanging small objects:
There are lots of possibilities, including those the other Hometalkers have already mentioned. In addition, you can buy organizers from places like Bed, Bath & Beyond (I have one I like a lot). You can buy small baskets, ice cube trays, and plastic silverware trays at the Dollar Store. Or, you can collect several small boxes (e.g., the size jewelry comes in), place them in a configuration that fits inside your drawer, glue together, and that works. You'll be so glad when you have everything organized, so you can find it when you want to.
I used 7day pill trays for my rings and earings you can buy them in any cheapy shop
Egg cartons might work for you. I find them a bit too bulky, but they are basically free to just recycle and try it out.
