What type of tiles do you have? What are you trying to achieve by attempting this? What is your project? Please tell a little more about your situation so that we can try to offer you some advice.
You can try wet dry sandpaper made for glass. Never tried.

Rather than trying to sand tile edges, buy bull nosed tile. The edges are rounded.
