It depends on the tile whether it’s sealed or porous, I’d try a paste made of Barkeepers Friend most places sell this . or try it in the spray , it might take a few times and you have to let any product work . Be prepared to scrub a bit and rinse
you can also try using Food grade citric acid , you can buy online ie Amazon etc . Also some use lemonade crystals for its citric acid .
There are rust products like rust out , but I prefer something not highly scented or cautionary to use .
