What you do is go to the grocery store and get a box of Jiffy corn muffin mix, about $0.50. Open it and sprinkle it outside the room where you see the ants, typically it is the kitchen or bathroom. Do not bake it, use it out of the package and use it.
They will take it back to the colony and will wipe them out.
If ants are in the bed, you'll need to treat the entire room, by scrubbing walls and floors,and vacuuming every crevice. Wipe walls with straight distilled vinegar, and prohibit food/beverages in the bedroom.
