You can use tissue paper and mod podge a stained glass window!
Mod page is a watered down white glue. I have used it by taking a shoe box and bits of paper different sizes. I then cover a bit of the box with mod pauge and putting down the paper in any way you want. Then, I put mod page over the paper. And keep doing this till the box is covered. I usually give it another coat of mod page when it is all done. I use the box for storage of some sort. You can use one color of paper or patterns. The shelves are colorful instead of bland shoe boxes. The mod page dry clear and shiny like it has been varnished. On a visit from my granddaughters, they made there note books be one of a kind. One used pics of animals. Some have taken fancy napkins and covered furniture or the back sides of plates. I think it will work on plastic boxes. Put the mod page on with artist paint brushes or very small paint brushes. Have fun.
