How do I convert a twin day bed to accommodate full mattress?
I have standard wrought iron day bed with the twin trundle below. Thinking a full sized mattress would be more practical for my company but wondering how to support the extra foot of mattress and still be able to easily pull out the twin as needed.

Would not be a good idea. Here are the dimensions.

The length is the same, but the width leaves quite a bit not supported and people will just fall off if not bringing up the trundle underneath. Plus, when not in use, it will sag and and eventually ruin the mattress.
