I'd just get touch up appliance paint and touch up. Repainting a sink won't hold up for long.
Or you could just repair the chips with a kit.
There's a kit of Lowe's just for this! It actually has tools in it for you to repair your chips and the paint to re-paint the entire surface of the sink. We did this with our bathtub!
