What can I do with the wall and a tight space hallway in my apartment?
please give me ideas on what to do with this wall in my apartment. I just have my shoes rack on the floor and my wall is so empty. Is there a way to make is more nicer? Please help

You could paint it and add some artwork - maybe a gallery wall?
As your in an apartment you would have to check with your landlord but you might be able to paint but you would need their permission and might lose your deposit.
You could also try flat pictures that you like. Maybe group together pictures of your family or places you've traveled or just areas/things that you like. Or how about an area rug that you like and think would look pretty as a wall hanging.
As you don't appear to have much light there I would choose light colored items.
You may consider a) purchase narrow box shelving and make shoe/purse holders or b)consider opening the Sheetrock in between your wall in the closet and turn these areas into shoe or purse holders.
Removable wallpaper would add a great deal of interest. Also, Ikea has a great shoe cubby that is narrow and keeps your shoes hidden and off the floor. It's also inexpensive. Here's the link: https://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/00397307/
