How do I get my power stapler to enter flush with the item I'm staplin
I am trying to staple fabric and foam to a plywood panel but the staple does not go all the way in even though I hold the stapler flush against the wood.
Personally if it was me I’d use a rod and fabric that matches your decor and hanging it at any height that would work best for you. Can make it look like it’s bigger than what it actually is. Hope that helps. I try & do anything dyi to save money.
Just noticed that you have a door. I’d get rid of that giving you more room using something else that would make it easier to get to. I think a curtain would be perfect.
A while back on one of the DIY shows they cut a piece of 1/2" plywood the shape of the opening and hung it (from the large side) over the opening and created a door. They used black hinges, handle and latch and it looked pretty.
I also saw one where the area around the back of the opening was large enough and that they made a barn door and mounted it.
Both were pretty but I would think it depends on your skill set, style and budget.
Good Luck.
Ginette, look through these and see if you get any ideas.
