You may want to consider talking to a professional. Years ago, I found out that I had a tenant that had a couple of cats. The lease prohibited any and all animals without written permission, and they didn't have it. After they moved out the whole house smelled from the cat urine. We hired a company to professionally clean and deodorize, but we ended up having to throughout the old carpet, and padding. We had to actually treat the concrete for the odors. Without a professional I would have wasted a lot of time and money trying to do it myself.
Good Luck!!
Use 5 oz hydrogen peroxide, 1 tsp vinegar (white), 1 tsp baking soda, for nest results use 3 drops wild orange essential oil. Doesn't have to be wild orange. A citrus one is best. I've used lemon also. Add all ingredients to a bottle. Gently shake to mix. Generously spray the area with the solution. Allow to dry COMPLETELY. It will be a powder like once it dries. Vacuum. Do not get wet with water etc... It will activate the urine again. If it still smells. Great again. Pets Don't like citrus smell. If you want do this extra step.
Add 6 drops lemon essential oil to one cup baking soda in a container. Shake to combine. Sprinkle on dry affected area leave on the area several hours or over night. Vacuum up.
I have 4 dogs. I've used this on laminate flooring, area rugs, mattresses on human urine. This also takes out the stain. Good luck. Let me know how it works for you.
1 note, this an oxygen activated solution. Try to use what you make.

Be very careful using essential oils around pets, especially birds. The vets in my area have warnings on their websites because people are unknowingly making their pets ill, and sometimes the damage is irreversible. One of the first questions that they ask now is: did you use any essential oils.
