Granddaughter dyed hair black and ruined my brand new vanity top! I've tried bleach and nail polish remover. Nothing is working! Is it a complete losd!

is it minerals? Have you tried vinegar? Or CLR?
You can wipe them down with vinegar on a damp rag. It removes the minerals from the water that leaves spots.
Soak a cloth in vinegar and wipe them down.
You can also use a majic eraser - Mr Clean. I use on that and my glass shower doors as well and shower itself. I also use vinegar, too, mixed with a couple drops of Dawn. Still need to do some wiping.
