How do you refinish a bathtub?
The bathtub has old rust stains and the finish is worn in some areas. This is an older, very heavy metal tub, so we really do not want to try to remove it. I've heard there are kits that you can use to refinish it, or is it just best to hire someone to do it?

Hi Faye,
Refinishing a bathtub may sound simple with a kit, but from what I've read it requires a lot of steps time and precise steps. Here's an article for you to read as you begin your research about how to do this. I'd highly recommend that you do a lot of research before you decide to do this project so that you know exactly what must be done. Wishing you the best.
