Hi there, Gloria. I'm not sure how big your closet is or if it has any shelves, but one of the easiest ways is to add baskets or clear storage bins. You could also build extra shelves. This video will show you how to do that - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SrTcPLiReSA

Hi ! You don't say what you want to store in there ... I would put all items in boxes or plastic tubs , make sure to mark them , with the content , and have the marked side visable . You can buy heavy duty plastic shelving and put the boxes on it . Usually closets have a top shelf with a lot of wasted space , I would add an extra shelf , for more storage , and keep our of season stuff or rarely used items up there.
Hello Gloria! You can add some shelving and storage bins. If you don't have any building skills you can purchase freestanding wire shelves and put them in your closet. https://www.hometalk.com/diy/build/shelves/diy-closet-shelving-35658379?expand_all_questions=1
