I do one room at a time! And I get help for moving heavy pieces. I also use the little plastic furniture sliders under the feet of certain furniture pieces. I wash the walls, trim, vacuum the popcorn ceiling (yuck), wash the curtains, windows, clean the carpet. It is a big job!

Buy a Robotic Vacuum. That will take care of the Bottoms.

Hello Virginia: Big job, but it can be done :) Start with one room, maybe even one side of one room and clean that room completely. Do this for each room, maybe a room or 1/2 room a day until you're done. Get rid of stuff you don't need, maybe you can donate some stuff. Then, once you've gotten your house clean, make a list of what to do and when. Like dusting, waxing, vacuuming, picking up throwing out, etc. ,What I have done is made a list of a room to clean, or maybe 2 rooms, like the living room and bathroom on Monday, Tuesday, the kitchen, Wednesday the master bedroom, etc. That way, you aren't overwhelmed with cleaning the entire house in one day, and it only takes about an hour or so and you have the rest of the day to do what you want, even clean another room to have a day off :) Every other month, I do a thorough cleaning of each room on it's particular day, like moving furniture and vacuuming behind and under it and washing windows, inside and out, 3 or 4 times a year. Since I'm on top of everything, it doesn't take that long. You can do this, I have faith in you.

Do one room at a time, and work at an easy pace. Clean from the ceiling down to the floor so the dust and dirt can be handled on the bottom most level.

Start at the top and work down.
