I don't like the porch/column on my 70's built ranch that we just moved into last summer. Any suggestions to update it?
There are so many cool ways to update a bird bath. Dollar Store sells really pretty glass stones that are round and flat. You could glue these with an epoxy glue or E-6000 to the base of the birdbath to give it a pop of color and cover any cracks. A beautiful blue would look great. You could also paint it and if it is cracked use a crackle finish paint to blend!
Use sandpaper or a wire brush to clean off any loose paint. Then you can decorate it as you wish or paint it.
