Visit your local nursery, or what else you can do is look at the seed catalogues that are arriving daily now that spring is around the corner. They list all kinds of flowers and plants to be delivered to zone specific areas. If it will not thrive in your zone, they will not ship you what cannot grow.
The DIY stores such as Home Depot and Lowes carry climbing roses, garden centers too.
Some of the catalogues are Burpee Gardens, Stark Brothers Nursery, Botanical Interests...
