If you mean pendulum clock. The picture should flat against the wall. Command has some new picture hangers. They are strips that go on back of the picture and pressed against the wall. The pendulum has to have room to swing freely. Only alternative to command strips would be to use screws or nails in all 4 corners.

You could hang them around it or put the clock on one side and then pictures on the other
