Spray paint for metal. Your choice of color or colors.
Sand down any loose paint or rust so that you have a smooth surface for paint to adhere to and use a spray paint made for metal like Rustoleum, it comes in so many colors, textures, etc.
Oh wow so many memories! I had a neighbor growing up that had exact one! It was white and filled with moss. It had a fake blue bird and eggs in it. I was little and thought it was so pretty! I would talk to that stupid fake bird:). I would fix it just like my old neighbor Ann's blue bird cage.
leave it alone its beautiful already
Kewl piece! What is it? I agree to wire brush off the rust and spray with paint for metal. Rustoleum has many colors to choose from.
Is it a bird cage? are you going to reuse it for that? if so the spray paint needs to be non toxic so it doesn't kill bird especially if it's one that will chew on it Parakeet,Parrot song birds not so much chewers; wire brush off all loose stuff then spray it non toxic for birds https://www.ecospaints.net/safely-painting-bird-cage-easier-think
What is it? The floor looks like it needs a re-do. You could spray paint the metal thingy.
