Hi ! First of all , I hope you have permission from your landlord to do this !!! It should be in writing , so you don't have an issue when you move !!!! We bought peel and stick textured wood look vinyl planks. They were inexpensive , easy to put down, no special tools were needed , just a carpet cutter or good sharp kitchen scissors . Best part is they look great !!!!! We used them first in the laundry room to just check them out , we liked them so much , we used them in both bathrooms , the kitchen and entryway !!!

I sure hope you got the owner's or the landlords or manager's permission first. This is not your property to do as you wish. If you do something he does not like, you can be in trouble. Please, get his permission to install something else. He may even pay for the materials if you do the labor.

I am the first resident in the complex and the owner is a very good friend. It has been discussed and agreed on. :)

Where did u get them. Yes I have permission :)

  • Any home improvement store has peel and stick flooring, but you could also paint them too with floor and porch paint, then seal.

Could you paint and stencil it? I stenciled my parquet flooring and it's fantastic! https://rootsandwingsfurniture.com/blog/paintedfloor/
