Try wood floor refurbisher by Bono Floor products. If too deep you will have to refinish.
Hello Jane. You might be able to conceal the scratches using furniture markers or furniture crayons. They are made for this exact purpose. There are approx 6 crayons and markers in the package. They range in several colors to match different kinds of wood. I saw them in Home Depot.
