How can I get wallpaper sizing off in order to paint it?
I removed 2 layers of old wallpaper, but streaks of sizing remain on the drywall making it lumpy and it will look awful if I paint it like this.
I use a 50/50 mixture of vinegar and hot water and wash with a sponge.

You could use hot water and dish liquid on a cloth or sand it down.
Using a steamer will work well. Some rental companies hire out the proper wallpaper steamers if you are lucky enough to have one close to you.
