I noticed my trees are budding and my peach tree has blooms but not sure if we will get any cold or freeze still. It may be too soon to know

I am in zone 9 and "technically" my last frost date has passed. BUT we are coming out of a cold snap, it was 30° this a.m. By next week it will be warm enough to plant.
In S.W. PA, don't plant outside before mid to late May to avoid potential late frost damage.
