Get the gloves out, clean with soap and water, rinse well, let dry, buy KILZ in the color you want and sponge it. Might take two or three coats. Let dry in between layers.
Hi. This house should not have white trim. Consider trimming it out in either a dark grey with a green under-tone, or for a more contemporary vibe, a dove grey or cedar tone. Using a wood door (or one faux painted to resemble wood) will cement the classic look of this beautiful stone.
The stone on the house is beautiful and kind of unusual. I agree with the others, try changing the color of the trim on the house.
Did you ever end up white washing the bricks? My house have the same ones and I’d love to see an after picture because I’m considering doing it
I have seen several brick homes in our area that have lightened their brick exteriors. Not sure if it was liming or whitewash. We whitewashed our monster interior brick wall a couple years ago and the change was amazing. Remember the wash does not need to be white....

Massive Brick Fireplace Wall Whitewash/ White Wash Success
The stone is great. Leave it alone. Change the house and trim colour instead.
We have painted stone and concrete outside on a patio. Once the elements hit it for a few years, it degrades. So keep in mind that if you do paint the stone you will have upkeep. I think it's lovely and agree that maybe changing the surrounding area might be less labor intensive in the long run.
