Hi Gene, you could grab some of that anti slip stuff from the dollar store that can be used in trailers and on floor for mats that have no anti slip on them.

What surface is the mat sliding on? Concrete? Wood? You can find specialty tape to attach a mat to almost any surface.
Hi, I know some people have used strips of hot glue on the back of their mats as a way to keep them in place. Google it and make sure the glue is dry before you flip it over! Another product - on Amazon - is called NeverCurl and has good reviews. Or try sticky Velcro strips?
