Plain old white vinegar. Vinegar will kill the mold spores, bleach will not.

Try a mix of vinegar, hot water and baking soda. Leave the door open for air circulation after showering to help prevent the build up.

I have found the best thing is hydrogen peroxide in a tooth brush to clean this up.
