    Hi Jan,

There are many window films on the market that you can use as well as spray paint and contact paper. Spray paint needs to be done in a well ventilated area so it's best to take the window off and take it outside. If done inside be sure to ventilate as much as possible and wear a mask. Contact paper will work and some of them will be removable if you change your mind. My hubby and I chose to use the window films that are installed with water in one of our bathroom windows. If you're feeling creative you could also do something like we did in our smaller bathroom. Wishing you the best.

I've used window film successfully. Start with a clean window. Moisten the window before applying. A squeegee helps smooth out air bubbles.
