How do I get a 'brushed bronze' look on a metal filing cabinet?
I seen a tutorial somewhere, but I can't find it now. The lady was using three different color spray paint.

It's not exact, but here's an idea. https://www.maisondepax.com/how-to-give-metal-brushed-steel-look/
Hi ! An easy way would be to use a textured spray paint ! Rustoleum makes a hammered bronze spray paint , I've used it and was happy with the results .
Good luck !
You can use Modern Masters Bronze Metallic line. :) It should give a very close brushed bronze look.
Cheryl, looking in "explore projects" I found one filing cabinet similar to what you want. The technique would be the same, just slightly different color. I have brushed bronze look in my bedroom headboard and wall decor so I know what you want. This may help even though it is a slightly different metallic look, you would need slightly different shades of metallic paint. Your local home improvement paint clerk can help guide you on the "brushed bronze" look, but here is the "how to" part: https://www.hometalk.com/diy/outdoor/garden/filing-cabinet-to-garden-planter-container-gardening-9712445
