You can raise a present bed with blocks under the head board, or special made wedges under the head of the mattress. I recommend something at the feet, however , to keep the mattress from slowly sliding down off the frame.
Use an outdoor chaise lounge for an example. Good luck.
Just elevate the head of the bed.
