You can attach the rods from the wall rather than the ceiling. Most big box home improvement stores carry rod brackets for this.
Kathy....Tension rods work really good if you don't use too much weight.
You can use chains and hang the rods in a suspended manner from the ceiling.
Assuming that the ceiling slants from your top left to the bottom right. Attach a 1x4 front to back on the right side at the height you choose and screw into ceiling studs. Take a 4” length of 2x4 and cut the blunt side at the angle of the ceiling. Hold it in place on the 1x4 where you want the clothes rod positioned . Screw it in from the bottom. 2 screws. Now you should have a flat vertical place facing the left wall to mount standard brackets for a wooden closet pole.
Use a rolling closet from walmarts.com. They have a unit that has storage area on top, area for hanging clothes, storage are at bottom and wheels for moving from area to area.
