Trish...Paint makes a world of difference with walls, cabinets, etc. Whatever you decide just enjoy doing it.
It is really no different than a regular home with the exception of studs are often smaller. Use command strips & hooks to hang items. You can paint the walls and add decor. Let your style dictate. Check for inspiration rooms.
Trish: I agree with tiny shoes... paint is the cheapest and easiest way to re-do a space. Other than that look on Pinterest for some great ideas... on a page such as this...

I would start by painting the walls or cabinets to give it a fresh new look. Then you can slowly start changing out furniture/decor accents to create a look you love! I have a whole series on creating dream spaces in your home so this may help you out :) https://www.aratariathome.com/blog/how-to-implement-design-ideas
Paint, rearrange furniture, add storage (bookcases or benches with storage inside), new drapes, new throw pillows, slip cover if you can't afford a new couch, new lighting, clean and clean some more and organize, don't be afraid to get rid of clutter. Less is more!
getting rid of the seam cover strips that are every four feet in mobile homes. Those just scream "mobile"! It is pretty easy. Take them off, tape and texture. When painting cabinets, go darker rather than lighter unless you want to make a LOT of repairs. Most mobiles have gaps and such that you don't notice until you start painting them white/light. Painting will certainly take them out of the mobile look. Unless yours are especially well built, go darker..green, navy, charcoal, etc. Biggest step is getting started...don't get discouraged and give up. None of this is difficult or expensive!
