Can anyone suggest a hardy shrub/plant?
Can anyone suggest a hardy shrub/plant that can be used in a hedge about 3ft tall, that can handle full sun in zone 9?I would like for the hedge to offer some type of interest (mounding, change of color, flowers etc.).Thank you,
