If it is wood you can use a paint stripper like citristrip or you can sand it off with a sander.
If it’s plastic or coated metal furniture, try Goo Off or Goo Gone. It will take off latex paint, but probably not enamel spray paint.
50/50 acetone should work too, but keep an eye on the furniture’s finish, as acetone is a solvent.

Depending on what type of finish the paint is on, I would suggest using either nail polish remover or a paint thinner/stripper.
Also, depending on how big the area is, etc you could always use a heat gun and very carefully heat the paint and scrape it off with a metal scrapper. You could try a hairdryer also ...however, hi'm not sure it will get hot enough (??)
If iron, have it sand blsstef.
