Hi Carolyn,
An easy one to make might be -: 3 graduating circles or wire. Cut yarn into 12" lengths ( Wind around a card and cut through) Double up each length and loop over the wire and thread ends though loop - do this until all loop has a fringe. Proceed to do the same with other Wires. Then attach each loop in graduation to the others in 3 or 4 places with wire or fishing line. Add same at top fixing to a ring that will fit pendant light. PS: Metallic wool would add sparkle. Have fun!....
