I would use hydrogen peroxide. Safer than Clorox. It breaks down to oxygen and water. It's H2O2. I use it a lot. Clean insides of water bottles, clean shower, remove mold, even as a mouthwash diluted 50/50.
Can u use hydrogen peroxide +H20 instead of vinegar???
You could consider having the interior of your car professionally cleaned. It might be a bit pricey but if you are worried about your health it also might be worth the price. I would think that doing the cleaning yourself would not be healthy at all for you as you are stirring up the mold spores as you clean. If you have to do it yourself make sure you are wearing a face mask and rubber gloves.
