Wooden ceiling stays as does the window treatment
I just replaced my 30 year old fridge, stove & DW. The old fake oak trim is just so dated. I covered the trim over the hood & the cabinet next to it with matte black vinyl.I think once it all done it will look ok.If painted spray or brush, after tsp cleaning, prime or no prime.I'd have to hire someone to help me detach & reattach it going the spray route. Thanks in advance

I think the black you covered the oak up with is definitely an improvement!
Hi, you sure can paint! If you'd like to paint without removing the doors you can use chalk paint. Annie Sloan or Jolie would be the best! :)

Painting the cabinets all once color will instantly modernize the cabinets. I would also add hardware.
