bird bath;bird feeders(of course need cleaned and maybe spray painted with non toxic paint so birds do not get sick);make good saucers for fun in the snow;put a cushion in it & make a cat bed;clean up paint add small pump and water have nice patio fountain;make a cacti/succulent garden;add nice big puffy cushion and make into footstool/ottoman for porch/patio/yourself;fill with some nice rocks/marbles/memorabilia and add battery operated light strand then glass table top for nice outdoor coffee table

Use it to plant succulents. Get a good sandy soil mix and plant away. The succulents don't need much attention or water and will do well in such a container.
