Coat the back of the stencil with repositionable mounting adhesive and center it on the curtain. Use a sponge brush to fill in the stencil with fabric paint. Let dry, then peel off the stencil. Block off a three-inch border with painter's tape by running it along the sides and bottom of the curtain.

Peva is a a vinyl type material I believe. Paint intended for plastic and vinyl should work.
