What's a cheap and easy for fix deep scratch on a new car?

    Hi Robert, did you mean car? best bet would be to go to the dealership and get some color matched touch up paint, you could also take it in to a paintless repair shop if it is too large to handle, and lastly may you could try color match wax like the one advertised on tv

    Hi Robert,

    Have you tried buffing it out? Some scratches can be blended in by buffing and some not so much. It has saved me costly shop repairs. After buffing be sure to put on a good layer of durable wax.

    From there plan B, get it repaired before the rust sets in.

    If it has penetrated the paint down to the metal you need a body shop. If it only penetrated the clear coat you can use the paint pens for scratch repair. Check with an auto parts store.

    There are pens with car paint color that would do the job. Check with the local auto parts dealer.
