When you get the moisture on the windows, sop up the moisture regularly to try to prevent the mold/mildew from starting. Clean it with bleach water to try to lessen the staining and start the cleanup by wiping away the mold/mildew. Once done, wipe them down to get most of the moisture remaining from cleaning them sopped up. Spray straight vinegar on the areas that get wet and moldy/mildew. Let it dry naturally. The vinegar will kill the mold/mildew spores really well. If you keep the area as dry as possible it will forestall any mold/mildew formation.
White vinegar will kill the mold spores. Then use bleach solution to de-colorize the mold stains.
