Hi! One small step at a time!
Hi Ava, what is the task you are trying to do?
Make a pretty detailed list of what has to be done. Try to put those in the logical order they need to be completed. Then, yes, ONE step at a time.
I am not sure what you are trying to accomplish but I am a list maker. So for outdoor things I need to do that goes on one list, inside cleaning is another list and then I just find the time to do one item at a time and the feeling of accomplishment is great and makes you want to do other chores as well. Good luck
One step at a time. Set aside a certain amount of time to complete a task. If you don’t get it done, that’s ok. Pick it up the next day..same allotment of time. Some times, it helps to call a friend, put on some funky music and dance your way done.
