Are the cords broken or do the blinds just not open when you pull the cords. If they just don't open, the gear at the top may need to be replaced.
If your cord is the problem it may just need to be replaced. You can go to a blinds store and let the clerk know you want to replace the cord in your blinds. Take pictures with your iPhone when you start this project do you don’t get lost in the replacement process. Show picture to store clerk and take a sample of the cord with you!! Good luck! You can do this!!!
Hi Lesli, Here's a link that troubleshoots tilting problems that may help. And it has a video on how to replace the wand tilt mechanism if you should need it: https://www.selectblinds.com/tech-tips/troubleshoot-blind-tilters.html
Good luck!
