How to resurface a cement birdbath?

I have an old cement birdbath that the water has eroded. How can it be resurfaced and sealed?

I would not worry about resurfacing. Seal with a cement sealer.

Can use Rustoleum kit wirks great just need to mix right

Hi Honey, we had this problem and we tried everything to reseal it, sadly without any success, luckily, you can purchase just the bath part at a lot of garden centers, paint it to match the stand.

  There is a round cut out in the bottom to sit on top of the round male part, have not been able to find the right size so wanted to try to save the top. Thanks
