I would not worry about resurfacing. Seal with a cement sealer.
Can use Rustoleum kit wirks great just need to mix right
Hi Honey, we had this problem and we tried everything to reseal it, sadly without any success, luckily, you can purchase just the bath part at a lot of garden centers, paint it to match the stand.
