Grout issues? What kind of grime? Everyday dirt, grease, mold?
Just vacuum and mop with soap and water
Then it's not everyday dirt. Again, what kind of floor?

Ceramic I'm assuming, not vinyl or wood tiles. Use a scrub brush with Clorox soft scrub. Can spray down with Tilex first and let it soak. Once cleaned be sure to seal with tile sealer so you don't have to work so hard next time.
