Baking soda & vinegar paste to scrub grease off them.
OrangeGlo isn't natural but that's what I use for regular maintenance of my wood cabinets, which was recommended by the man who built them.
Dawn dish detergent for grease if needed add baking soda. Rinse well. Also olive oil will help cut grime then use above to remove oil.
